Refund & Exchange policy:
We do our best to ensure that your order is perfect, nonetheless, we always recommend our customers to check their orders at the time of delivery. In the instance of a faulty product, we will gladly exchange your item. Please be informed that some products have different exchange time limits.
Conditions:
- If your product is damaged, defective, expired, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery.
- Return requests for items that are "no longer needed or change or mind" will not be accepted.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- With seals and tags intact
- Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
- All returned items undergo a quality check. If an item is not returned in its original condition, it may be sent back to the customer.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, broken seal or tampered with.
- Due to food safety and quality standards, fresh, frozen food, pharmacy items and dairy products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.
- Customer must have recorded an unboxing video if the order was delivered by courier. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch by contacting the helpline.
Warranty claims:
- Customer must have the purchase invoice and warranty card for claim.
- Customer will directly contact the brand, to claim the brand warranty.
- Warranty is provided and covered by the manufacturer, brand, or authorized distributor. Springs, as a retailer, does not provide or process brand warranty claims.
- Customers are required to contact the respective brand or authorized service center directly for warranty-related assistance.
Refund policy:
- Our refund timeline is 15–20 working days. The refund will be processed to the same account or payment method used to place the order.
Transfer in Bank:
- The customer will receive his refund in 3-5 working days.
- If the refund timeline has passed and the customer has not received the refund, they may contact our Customer Service team at 0321-4473212.
- Please note that international payments may take additional time to be processed and refunded due to bank and payment gateway procedures.
